The Role:
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer with strong skills in React.js (Front-End) and Laravel/PHP (Back-End) to serve as the bridge between front-end and back-end systems. In this role, you'll ensure smooth integration of data flows, API development, and UI/UX functionality for dashboards, reporting, and application features.

You will collaborate across teams—working closely with front-end developers, back-end engineers, and data experts—to deliver cohesive, high-quality product increments. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, full-stack development expertise, and a proactive approach to driving technical solutions from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development & Integration:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain React.js components integrated with back-end APIs.
  2. Build and optimize Laravel/PHP back-end services, including RESTful APIs and database models.
  3. Bridge the gap between front-end and back-end systems to ensure seamless data flow, user interactions, and system performance.
  4. Collaborate with the Data Virtualization Expert to integrate data-driven visualizations into dashboards.
  5. Ensure responsiveness, scalability, and security across the stack.

Collaboration & Scrum Participation:

  1. Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  2. Work closely with the Development Team Lead to align architecture, implementation, and technical decisions.
  3. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UI/UX designers to clarify user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

  1. Conduct peer code reviews across the stack to ensure coding standards and maintain quality.
  2. Identify and resolve bugs, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks.

Problem-Solving & Technical Leadership:

  1. Proactively identify technical challenges and propose practical, maintainable solutions.
  2. Drive API design and contract negotiations between front-end and back-end systems.
  3. Assist in resolving blockers that involve multiple technical layers.

Continuous Improvement:

  1. Refactor and optimize existing codebases (both front-end and back-end) for performance and maintainability.
  2. Stay current with emerging JavaScript, React.js, Laravel, and PHP trends and best practices.
  3. Share knowledge and contribute to improving team workflows, standards, and technical excellence.

Documentation:

  1. Document APIs, workflows, and integration points for transparency and reusability.
  2. Record key technical decisions, implementation details, and system assumptions.

Adherence to Team Standards:

  1. Follow best practices for version control (Git), coding standards, and architectural principles.
  2. Ensure compliance with the team's Definition of Done (DoD) and project workflows.
  3. Work within company-established development, deployment, and escalation processes.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
  2. Strong proficiency in React.js (ES6+, JSX, component architecture).
  3. Solid experience building RESTful APIs and backend systems with PHP (Laravel Framework).
  4. Strong understanding of database design and development (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  5. Experience building and integrating dashboards, reporting features, or data visualizations.
  6. Solid grasp of API design principles, data structures, and system architecture.
  7. Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile development methodologies.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with data visualization libraries (Chart.js, D3.js, Recharts, etc.).
  2. Knowledge of SSO systems, third-party integrations, and secure API authentication.
  3. Familiarity with caching, queue systems, and performance tuning.
  4. Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Github) and CI/CD pipelines.
  5. Background in building enterprise dashboards or reporting systems.
