Sobre el puesto

Formarás parte del equipo de Growth, área estratégica encargada de maximizar resultados participando en la definición de la propuesta de valor del producto y asegurando que se cumpla, balanceando el marketplace de usuarios y conductores mediante estrategias de pricing, ejecutando campañas comerciales y buscando oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión.

¿Cómo nos vas a ayudar a cumplir con nuestra misión?

  1. Entendiendo a la audiencia de pasajeros de forma cualitativa y cuantitativa, identificando necesidades y oportunidades de mejora para hacer crecer la propuesta de valor.
  2. Haciendo seguimiento del equilibrio entre oferta y demanda, proponiendo cambios de pricing, productos, campañas, entre otras palancas para balancear el marketplace de cada ciudad en la que operamos.
  3. Ejecutando y optimizando el presupuesto y campañas de descuentos para generar demanda, especialmente en momentos de mayor disponibilidad de oferta.
  4. Implementando y haciendo seguimiento de iniciativas para aumentar la cantidad de pasajeros activos y su frecuencia de viaje.
  5. Implementando y haciendo seguimiento de iniciativas para disminuir el churn y aumentar la reactivación con foco en optimizar presupuesto.
  6. Coordinando e implementando la estrategia de retención, en línea con su programa de fidelización.
  7. Utilizando información de mercado para entender el comportamiento de los usuarios y las oportunidades de mejora con respecto a la competencia.
  8. Realizando seguimiento de campañas y coordinación con el resto de las áreas (Finanzas, Marketing, Calidad, etc) para asegurar la correcta implementación, medición y el logro de objetivos en tiempo y forma.
  9. Comprendiendo el LTV de los distintos canales de adquisición de pasajeros vs los costos de adquisición de los mismos con el fin de poder reubicar la inversión eficientemente.

Requisitos:

  1. Recibido en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  2. Al menos 3 años de experiencia en áreas de Crecimiento/Desarrollo de Negocio/Business Intelligence trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  3. Capacidad analítica para procesar datos, interpretar resultados, proponer acciones y tener visión estratégica para traducir en oportunidades del negocio.
  4. Gran adaptabilidad al cambio con ganas de generar impacto.
  5. Excelente nivel de manejo de paquete Office.
  6. Se valorará tener conocimiento en Tableau.
  7. Se valorará tener experiencia en empresas de tecnología.
