En KaizenRH buscamos Engineering Manager para trabajar dentro de Compañía Multinacional de desarrollo de software digital.

El rol combina la supervisión de equipos con la colaboración estrecha con áreas estratégicas como producto y negocio, garantizando la eficiencia operativa y la implementación de soluciones innovadoras en un entorno remoto y multicultural.

Requisitos

Se requiere contar con experiencia en posiciones similares de al menos cinco años en adelante y en empresas de tecnología, multiplataforma o streaming.

Se requiere experiencia en la gestión de equipos técnicos grandes y multidisciplinarios, especializado en el desarrollo backend.

El rol requiere un equilibrio entre habilidades de liderazgo y conocimientos técnicos estratégicos, enfocado en la supervisión de entregas de alta calidad y la alineación con los objetivos de negocio.

Fuerte background técnico y de gestión de equipos de desarrollo.

Estudios universitarios completos en Sistemas o afines.

Se valora contar con Certificaciones.

Inglés intermedio: Habilidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva en entornos internacionales, tanto oral como escrito.

Portugués básico: Deseable para facilitar la interacción con equipos o clientes de habla portuguesa.

Habilidades Técnicas y de Gestión:
  • Historial comprobable liderando equipos diversos en entornos remotos y multiculturales, con más de 50 personas bajo su supervisión, incluyendo roles clave como Scrum Masters, QA, Devs y Product Owners.
  • Desarrollo e impulso de sistemas con observabilidad: Experiencia en la implementación de sistemas escalables y robustos que incorporen herramientas de observabilidad como NewRelic y Sumologic, asegurando monitoreo continuo y métricas clave para la mejora del desempeño.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en arquitectura de software y microservicios: Diseño y supervisión de arquitecturas basadas en microservicios escalables, seguras y optimizadas, utilizando tecnologías modernas como PHP, Python y plataformas en la nube.
  • Implementación en entornos de nube (AWS y Azure): Experiencia en la integración de soluciones nativas en la nube, aprovechando servicios como Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, entre otros, para garantizar despliegues rápidos y efectivos.
  • Gestión de proyectos y seguimiento ágil: Dominio en herramientas como Jira para gestionar tareas, priorizar proyectos y mantener visibilidad de avances en entornos colaborativos.
  • Optimización de procesos técnicos: Implementación de metodologías ágiles como Scrum, Kanban y SAFe para maximizar la eficiencia del equipo.
Responsabilidades ClaveGestión del Equipo (70%):
  • Liderar y motivar equipos multidisciplinarios enfocados en backend.
  • Asegurar un ambiente colaborativo y un flujo de trabajo eficiente basado en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Monitorear métricas clave como tiempo de entrega, calidad de entregables y retención del equipo.
  • Implementar procesos de mejora continua y resolver conflictos o desafíos operativos.
Supervisión Técnica (30%):
  • Tomar decisiones estratégicas relacionadas con arquitectura, tecnologías y enfoques de desarrollo.
  • Colaborar en revisiones críticas de código y diseño cuando sea necesario.
  • Fomentar la adopción de tecnologías clave como PHP, Python, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes y microservicios.
  • Garantizar la implementación de prácticas de observabilidad con herramientas como NewRelic y Sumologic.
Colaboración Estratégica:
  • Trabajar con equipos de producto y negocio para garantizar la alineación de las prioridades técnicas con los objetivos organizacionales.
  • Facilitar la comunicación y coordinación con otros equipos técnicos y áreas clave del negocio.

  • 5 años de experiencia
