What Will Your Next Role Look Like?

With the core goals of improving marketing main results as engagement rate, conversion rate and retention rate of service, design the marketing material (videos and pieces of graphic) based on a deep understanding of the cinema industry, internet platforms, media services and users.

Responsibilities

  • Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, ads, and photography.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards.
  • Take ideas from concept to execution, working with project managers, design colleagues, information technologists, and content experts to deliver an effective user experience.
  • Use the latest software and applications to design and develop digital solutions.
  • Design and create banners, sales collaterals, prototypes, and mock-ups.
  • Make necessary improvements to existing graphics.
  • Test designs for usability and quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house web team for a product-driven business.
  • Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
  • Able to present concepts and lead internal teams to the correct solution.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products.
  • Proficient in English communication (speaking and writing).
  • Experience in web design with a strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, is a plus.
  • Being a cinema lover is a must.
  • This role must be able to work 4 days on-site in our offices in Olivos, Buenos Aires.
