A nível estratégico:
- Definir el plan de growth de PDA en conjunto con la CMO.
- Definir en conjunto con Head of Business Strategy & Planning los objetivos de segmento y de new logo.
- Diseñar la estructura de implementación de los diferentes segmentos y territorios.
- Participar de las decisiones estratégicas a nível organización (desde adquisición hasta plan de fidelización de clientes en todos los canales de comercialización de PDA).
- Definir los objetivos y resultados claves (OKRs) trimestralmente.
A nível ejecutivo:
- Diseñar y coordinar la ejecución del plan de growth junto al equipo de operaciones (preventa-sales-customer success).
- Generar reportes mensuales de todos los canales de PDA por segmento y territorio.
- Recibir insights y feedback constante del equipo de lead experience para las campañas de acquisition.
- Coordinación del equipo de contenido para implementar una estrategia SEO a largo plazo en todos los activos digitales de PDA (Blog, Portal Clientes, Web, RockingTalent, School of Talent).
- Garantizar la generación de leads MQLs constante para la alimentación de las áreas comerciales en todos los territorios de PDA.
- Desarrollar y medir el ROI de las acciones mensuales de marketing en todos los canales/segmentos y territorios foco.
- Investigar y analizar tendencias de la industria para aportar a la visión de mediano y largo plazo de la organización.
- Gestionar el presupuesto del área de adquisición y fidelización para todos los canales de PDA.
- Monitorear y analizar datos para entender el comportamiento del usuario en todo el buyer journey, colaborando con el diseño de su experiencia en PDA y el roadmap de producto.
- Trabajar de manera colaborativa con los equipos de producto, tecnología, ventas y customer success para optimizar todo el funnel: desde la adquisición hasta la fidelización de clientes de PDA en todos sus canales y segmentos.
- Generar informes de gestión y presentar a la CMO.
- Diseñar los objetivos mensuales de acquisition para el equipo de lead experience.
- Monitorear los resultados según los objetivos planteados para lead experience.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia de por lo menos 5 años como Head de un área (Senior).
- Buscamos personas del rubro de Comercialización, Marketing, Comunicación, Administración de empresas, Negocios internacionales, Licenciatura en publicidad, y afines.
- Dominio de inglés avanzado (excluyente).
- Se valorarán conocimientos en SEO-SEM, Google Ads (no excluyente).
Beneficios:
- Licencia paternidad extendida: 1 mes de licencia con goce de sueldo.
- Soft landing paternidad: 1 mes part time o 1 mes máximo de licencia sin goce de sueldo.
- Licencia de maternidad extendida: Un mes de licencia con goce de sueldo adicional a los 3 meses de licencia por ley.
- Soft landing maternidad: 5to mes: 5 horas de trabajo diarias, 6to mes: 6 horas de trabajo diarias.
- Días de vacaciones con poca antigüedad: 7 días de vacaciones, aunque la fecha de ingreso sea posterior al 30/06.
- Semana libre entre navidad y año nuevo.
- Horario de verano: Durante 2 meses de verano, los viernes se trabaja hasta el mediodía.
- Días de estudio sin tope para estudiantes de carreras universitarias, terciarias o de posgrados.
