¿Cuáles son algunos de los desafíos que te esperan?
  • Garantizar la operación y mantenimiento de entornos y aplicaciones.
  • Participar en proyectos para clientes según los capacity plans mensuales.
  • Analizar nuevas tecnologías y proponer mejoras en IT.
  • Brindar soporte nivel 2 y 3 en productos Microsoft On-Prem y Cloud (S.O, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, M365).
  • Monitorear, administrar y optimizar entornos para asegurar la continuidad operativa.
  • Realizar monitoreo proactivo y preventivo.
  • Resolver incidentes y problemas en plataformas Microsoft.
  • Documentar tareas y generar informes técnicos.
Requisitos

¿Qué nos gustaría de vos?

  • Que tengas experiencia de al menos 4 años en puestos similares.
  • Manejo avanzado de inglés.
  • Que cuentes con experiencia en administración de servidores y aplicaciones (superior a 250 servidores virtuales).
  • Que tengas sólidos conocimientos en S.O. Microsoft.
  • Que te hayas capacitado en certificaciones Microsoft (Az-104, AZ-800, MS-102, SC-300, MSCA, MSCE).
  • Que cuentes con experiencia en administración e implementación de las siguientes tecnologías (AD, DFS, FS, Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams, WSUS, SCCM, SCOM, Azure, ProxyReversos, IIS).
  • Que cuentes con predisposición para viajes al interior del país y trabajos fuera de horario de oficina.
