The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Finance Manager for LATAM, a key role in leading financial, accounting, and administrative operations in the region. This position reports directly to the CFO at our US Corporate Headquarters, with a dotted line to the Vice President of Strategy and Operations for LATAM.

What you'll be doing:

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing financial operations, driving efficiency, and scalability. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing accounting, tax, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  2. Leading key financial operations, including treasury, cash flow, billing, collections, and accounts payable, optimizing working capital.
  3. Developing strategic financial analysis (FP&A) to support business decision-making.
  4. Acting as a strategic business partner, collaborating closely with the commercial team and other key areas.
  5. Driving process efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement and scalability through automation tools.
  6. Leading and empowering the team, ensuring operations align with corporate objectives.
  7. Providing accurate financial records in a timely manner to external auditors, both for local audits and the annual corporate audit in the U.S.
Is this role for you?Requirements:
  1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting certification, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role within multinational companies. AWS Certifications are a plus.
  2. Experience in external audit at a public accounting firm or leading an accounting department for at least 2 years, reporting directly to the CFO.
  3. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) and experience with NetSuite or similar systems, CRM, and financial automation tools.
  4. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  5. Commitment to high standards of integrity, ethics, and discretion.
