Responsibilities

Who are you? Reporting to the Associate Director of Information Security, the Project manager will oversee, manage, and develop the global project management team. The team supports 2000 users across 12 countries and ensures users receive appropriate assistance and service.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

  1. Work with the business areas and product owners to create clarity around business objectives through the development of scope and requirements.
  2. Developing program and project management documents such as project management plans, schedules, budgets, RACI charts, project logs (e.g., risks, issues, actions, decisions, communications, change requests, and lessons learned).
  3. Guide communication between business users and implementation team, communicating appropriately with co-workers, customers, and management, maintaining awareness of project status and any potential delay, situation or concern that may affect the outcome of the projects.
  4. Work with VP's business areas to determine and manage to the project scope.
  5. Manage the assignment of project tasks by developing the project plan, assessing project engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing/challenging the output produced.
  6. Track progress and review project tasks to ensure deadlines are met appropriately.
  7. Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gain support for the program or specific projects.
  8. Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder's needs and requirements continuously in view.
  9. Shepherd projects from ideation to funding, eliciting high-level business outcomes and deliverables, collecting and documenting project budget estimates working with resources as needed, and preparing executive-facing status reports in collaboration with team members.
  10. Effectively prepare and present documentation of assigned projects to enhance the knowledge of project team members.
  11. Technical project management and has worked with a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline, or equivalent experience. Years of experience can be substituted for degree field.
  2. 4+ years of project management experience, managing diverse teams and complex projects.
  3. Experience working in project initiation in a large technology/digital environment.
  4. Strategic thinker that can connect business outcomes to technology solutions, strong collaborator, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  5. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, including written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  6. Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Understanding of value-driven outcomes and metrics.
  9. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  10. Expert proficiency in office productivity software and tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Jira, etc.).
  11. Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred.
