**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to ensure effective and efficient project execution.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, design, sales, client success, and human resources, to align project goals and deliverables.- Provide guidance and mentorship to new hires, ensuring they understand project management principles and processes.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction.- Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope, and resolve issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.- Define and prioritize project tasks, assigning responsibilities to team members and ensuring deadlines are met.- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and generate regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.- Continuously improve project management processes and workflows, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and driving client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management and digital marketing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar setting.- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively guide, motivate, and inspire teams.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software to effectively plan, monitor, and report on project progress.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong business acumen, understanding the importance of prioritizing tasks and aligning project goals with business objectives.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, for 7.5 Flexible working hours between 6am-6pm Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST)
