Resumen del puesto

Desarrollar un manejo integral de la(s) cadena(s) a su cargo, a través de planificar, proponer, ejecutar, controlar y dar seguimiento a las estrategias de ventas, negociaciones, eventos promociónales y demás actividades de la(s) cadena(s) a su cargo; apoyado en los lineamientos de mercadeo y recursos asignados, con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos de venta (sell in – sell out), introduciendo nuevos productos, detección de clientes potenciales, que permitan mejorar la participación de mercado y rentabilidad de la empresa.

Responsabilidades
  1. Volumen de ventas por categoría y por línea de negocio (Rotación / Colocación).
  2. Ingreso anual por Ventas por marca, categoría y por línea de negocio.
  3. Gross Margin de la cadena por marca / categoría / negocio.
  4. Manejo del recurso de la compañía vía control de la inversión del Deflator por marca / negocio.
  5. Crecimiento en participación en Valor y en Inventario Activo por marca / negocio.
  6. Crecimiento / posición de las marcas en términos de merchandising (planogramas/participación / exhibiciones adicionales).
  7. Llevar a cabo, junto con las áreas de Marketing, Trade Marketing los proyectos que lleven a cumplir los indicadores de efectividad comercial, con el fin de mantener o conseguir el liderazgo de la compañía en las cuenta(s) asignada(s).
  8. Dirigir eficazmente las actividades y eventos promociónales adaptados a las necesidades del cliente.
  9. Coordinar con el equipo de Trade Marketing los programas de desarrollo de actividades en punto de venta.
  10. Visitar el mercado y llevar a cabo auditorias en los negocios asegurando que el 100% de los puntos de venta incluidos en una cuenta clave estén cumpliendo con las directrices / parámetros establecidos y acordados con el cliente en cuanto a espacios, presencia y precios.
  11. Llevar a cabo y desarrollar acuerdos de actividades promocionales y de merchandising alineados las estrategias de las marcas condiciones comerciales.
  12. Monitorear las actividades de la competencia para identificar, y en su caso aplicar, mejores prácticas que promuevan el crecimiento del negocio en la(s) cuenta(s) asignada(s).
  13. Asegurar la rentabilidad de la cuenta y el manejo de descuentos y actividades alineadas con los planes / estrategias.
  14. Responsable de la recuperación de la cartera en los términos establecidos con la cadena y la aclaración de saldos.
  15. Fomentar el trabajo en equipo y el involucramiento / compromiso de las personas a cargo que tengan responsabilidad con la cuenta.
  16. Asegurar que los mercaderistas y/u operador logístico al igual que las promotoras estén entrenados, capacitados, motivados y sean evaluados en forma adecuada.
  17. Actualizar y llevar todos los registros e informes necesarios de las cuenta(s) correspondientes, en tiempo y forma acordada.
  18. Asegurar que los presupuestos se asignen correctamente y que los gastos se manejen en forma adecuada.
  19. Realizar el alta de productos y actividades asociadas, en los catálogos con los que se surte a los clientes a fin de mantener actualizada la base de datos sobre la que se construyen las estrategias comerciales.
Requisitos
  1. Excelente conocimiento de paquete Microsoft.
  2. Profesional con estudios superiores en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Comerciales, Finanzas, Economía o carrera a fin.
  3. Manejo de Inglés hablado y escrito, capaz de mantener conversaciones de negocio.
  4. Experiencia de 3 años en cargos similares, y deseable haya tenido experiencia de 2 o 3 años manejando grandes cuentas del canal de Supermercado y/o Homecenter.
  5. Orientado al cliente.
  6. Excelente manejo en negociación.
  7. Influencia y solución de problemas.
  8. Pensamiento analítico.
  9. Iniciativa.
  10. Efectiva colaboración con colegas.
  11. Excelente destrezas en comunicación (oral y escrito).
  12. Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión.
