International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a skilled Regional Patient Safety Risk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quality, health, and safety programs for assigned medical units, ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and implementation of risk management processes for assigned medical units
- Perform annual risk assessments and identify potential risks affecting medical units
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards through effective risk reporting and monitoring
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and safety
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing or a related field
- A current, active RN license issued by any United States jurisdiction
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in direct patient care as a registered nurse and at least 3 years of experience in risk management, patient safety, and quality management
- Experience in detention or correctional healthcare, residential healthcare, a hospital, outpatient clinic, nursing home, or other supervised medical, nursing, or patient care facility that provided direct care
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $179,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and an annual bonus.
