The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Analyst and Writer to join our team in supporting connected communities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating existing processes, facilitating complex business initiatives, and identifying and implementing changes for process improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to lead complex projects.
The Main Responsibilities
- Evaluate Existing Processes: Thoroughly assess current processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate Business Initiatives: Provide support for complex business initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Implement Process Improvements: Identify and implement changes to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Consult with Management: Collaborate with middle and senior-level management to review and update new and existing processes.
- Lead Complex Projects: Manage and lead projects aimed at improving efficiency or boosting revenue, including identification, analysis, development, and documentation.
- Identify Training Needs: Recognize and address process improvement training requirements for staff and stakeholders.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), and process analysis software.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Written skills include demonstrating the ability to analyze and document processes, including creating detailed process documents and work instruction manuals that are clear and understandable to a wide audience.
- Ability to solve complex analytical challenges, independently analyze information, and make recommendations based on analysis.
- Proven collaborative skills in reaching a team approach to accomplishing work.
- Proven ability to work in a customer service-oriented organization.
- Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills.
- Ability to motivate others, use good teamwork skills, including development of interdepartmental relationships and the ability to make complex decisions.
- Demonstrates high personal work standards.
- Embraces change, inspires trust, communicates in all directions, and is a continuous learner.
- Experience with project management and leading complex initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Systems Business analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years related experience.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges
- $82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY
- $87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI
- $91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA
