Full Job Description Core Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive product and marketing strategies aligned with EdgeUno's overarching business objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  2. Product Management: Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements. Ensure alignment between product offerings, customer needs, and the company's mission.
  3. Lead Generation and Conversion: Design and implement lead generation programs to capture, nurture, and convert prospects through the sales funnel. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform both product and marketing decisions.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company goals.
  5. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights to evaluate marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  6. Team Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering an innovative and collaborative environment to achieve departmental objectives.
  7. Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum results.
  8. Industry Engagement: Plan and participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and forge valuable connections.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in marketing and a solid understanding of cloud, hosting, datacenter, and/or telecommunications industry.
  3. Subject Matter Expertise: Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  4. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  5. Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights and effective marketing strategies.
  6. Results-oriented: A track record of delivering measurable and impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.
  7. Tech-savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM software, analytics tools, and other relevant marketing technologies.
  8. Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and information effectively.
  9. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and adapt marketing strategies to changing market dynamics.
  10. Creativity: Innovative thinker with the ability to devise unique marketing approaches and stay ahead of the competition.
  11. Professional proficiency in English / other relevant languages for international market expansion.
