Full Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with EdgeUno's overall business objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Brand Building: Oversee brand development and positioning, ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels and marketing materials.
- Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation programs to capture and nurture prospects, driving them through the sales funnel to conversion.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, evaluate marketing initiatives, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve departmental goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring effective allocation of resources for optimal results.
- Events and Trade Shows: Plan and participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the cloud, hosting, datacenter, and/or telecommunications industry.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights and effective marketing strategies.
- Results-oriented: A track record of delivering measurable and impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM software, analytics tools, and other relevant marketing technologies.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and information effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and adapt marketing strategies to changing market dynamics.
- Creativity: Innovative thinker with the ability to devise unique marketing approaches and stay ahead of the competition.
- Professional proficiency in English / other relevant languages for international market expansion.
