JOB FUNCTIONS Translate marketing and communication objectives into comprehensive influencer marketing strategies. Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and new services within the account. Define and oversee influencer strategies aligned with product launches, always-on campaigns, and key brand moments. Lead, develop, and motivate the team assigned to the account (Account Managers, Executives, Strategists). SKILLS REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or influencer marketing agencies. Proven experience leading large-scale or regional accounts. Solid knowledge of the influencer ecosystem in Argentina. Experience working with FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle brands (preferred). Strategic mindset with strong business orientation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities. Analytical skills with a strong results-driven approach.
