Requisitos : ¿Cómo generarás impacto junto con nosotros? El equipo de marketing en Pro Mujer está buscando un líder de marketing que maneje a nivel Latinoamérica (Bolivia, Nicaragua, Argentina, México, además de países próximos a sumar) uno de los negocios que integran los servicios de Pro Mujer desde hace más de 30 años, que tenga una pasión por las estrategias en organizaciones sociales y experiencia en el área de salud. Que desee formar parte de una organización en desarrollo y que tenga fuerte orientación por los resultados, así como experiencia coordinando equipos multiculturales, liderar todas las iniciativas de marketing para el negocio de Pro Mujer. Unirse al equipo de marketing de Pro Mujer significa asociarse a un grupo en desarrollo, en donde la coordinación y la co-creación además de la responsabilidad social son el día a día, además del desarrollo de proyectos nuevos que se van gestando regularmente; dentro de un entorno que exige un ritmo rápido, organizado y eficiente. Principales desafíos

  1. Coordinar al líder digital, trade marketing (clínicas) y alianzas, asegurando la ejecución de todos los proyectos en tiempo y forma, además de apoyar con proyectos. El HoM además de coordinar idealmente se involucra en la operación en caso de que así se requiera.
  2. Tener un fuerte vínculo con los gerentes de salud de todos los países para entender sus objetivos mensuales, así como seguimiento del éxito de los proyectos, para proponer mejoras constantes y tomar "best practices" para otros países y aplicarlos.
  3. Coordinar que las acciones que se hacen a nivel digital, PDV y a través de aliados construyan sobre la reputación y misión de la organización, además de que las diferentes acciones atraigan nuevos clientes y aliados.
  4. Analizar constantemente la experiencia de los clientes en los diferentes "touchpoints" de tal manera que se construya lealtad, se mantengan activos y deseen tener experiencias en otros niveles de negocio (inclusión financiera y digital, capacitación y emprendimiento).
  5. Identificar las acciones de alto valor de los clientes que generan crecimiento para el negocio; crear y ofrecer programas para impulsar acciones en el ciclo de vida de las mujeres de tal manera de estar en mejora continua.
  6. Elevar el nivel de diseño y comunicación de cara al cliente en todos los puntos de contacto y con los diferentes stakeholders que tenemos.
  7. Establecer directrices y mejores prácticas en su equipo de marketing que lidera, incluyendo la orientación de otros recursos de marketing para identificar áreas de oportunidad para optimizar resultados y mejora constante.
  8. Dirigir un equipo de al menos 3 líderes de marketing offline y online para impulsar los negocios en todos los países.
  9. Coordinar junto con la head de comunicación que se impulsen y se den a conocer las iniciativas que permitirán impulsar la reputación del negocio en todos los países.
  10. Ejecución y coordinación de los presupuestos del negocio a nivel global.
  11. Esta posición le reporta directamente a la gerenta global de marketing por lo que tendrá que crear reportes directivos que le ayuden a dar a conocer resultados y planes de acción mensuales por país.
  12. Asegurarse de que la comunicación, promociones y proyectos están homologados, de tal manera de que haya reuniones continuas con los responsables de salud para identificar necesidades puntuales e ir dirigiendo a la organización a una mejora constante, además de construir mensajes similares considerando solo tropicalización por país y regulaciones.
  13. Coordinar proyectos para adquisición y lealtad de clientes, en colaboración con otras áreas.
