About the Role: We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure seamless revenue collection processes. This role is critical in managing accounts receivable, overseeing automated financial processes in Airtable, and ensuring our billing operations run flawlessly. You'll be responsible for making sure invoices are sent out properly, payments are collected efficiently, and our financial data is accurately categorized and reported. Key Responsibilities: Core Financial Operations: Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee invoice generation, payment collection, and follow-up processes to ensure optimal cash flowFinancial Process Oversight: Manage and optimize automated financial workflows in Airtable, ensuring all processes run smoothlyBilling Operations: Ensure accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining spotless invoicing procedures across all business entitiesExpense Management: Properly categorize and track business expenses, maintaining organized financial recordsFinancial Reporting: Build comprehensive reports on revenue streams, cost analysis, and key financial metrics for leadership decision-making Weekly Operations: Transaction Review: Review and categorize all financial transactions weeklyFinancial Reporting: Generate weekly categorized financial reportsAccount Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and resolve categorization issues Chart of Accounts Management: System Maintenance: Maintain and update company chart of accountsCoding Standards: Establish coding standards for all general ledger accountsStaff Training: Train staff on proper account coding proceduresApproval Process: Approve new account codes and categorization requests Weekly Deliverables: Categorized transaction reportsException reports for miscoded itemsChart of accounts utilization summary Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldExperience: 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience with focus on accounts receivable and process managementSpecialized Knowledge: Experience with chart of accounts design and financial categorization systemsTechnical Expertise: Strong proficiency in financial systems, advanced Excel skills, and experience with automated processes (Airtable experience preferred)Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail for accurate coding and categorizationProcess Management: Proven ability to manage and improve financial workflows and billing operationsCommunication: Excellent English proficiency for stakeholder interaction and reporting Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: E-commerce or high-growth company backgroundTechnology Skills: Experience with Airtable, automation tools, and financial management systemsOperations Experience: Background in remote finance roles Why Join Us?
