Our Vision Care team is searching for the best talent for Sales Manager to be in Buenos Aires - ARG.

In this role you will manage Vision Care business operation in the country, exploring market opportunities and potentials to meet and exceed company sales goals for Argentina. To proactively manage the Key accounts & independent channel, distributor and sales force with a view to growing the franchise and in market sales. Improve the quality-of-service attention in the channel. To proactively manage, coach and lead the sales force with a view to growing the franchise and in market sales.

You will be responsible for:

Be a key player in the preparation of the business planning exercise by providing inputs on sales targets and channels. Build sales volume projections by connecting with customer & internal stakeholders of the organization (marketing, commercial operation, Deliver, Supply Chain, Finance, etc) with whom you interact to translate demand into a supply plan:

  • Develop the company ́s product category by increasing the number of wearers.
  • Increase sales volume in the channel nationwide.
  • To have overall management for the sales force including the recruitment, supervision, planning, development career plans, performance management and control.
  • To work closely with South Latam region to ensure satisfactory implementation of various activities in the country.
  • Develop short- & long-term business plan for the country, territories, customers & distributor.
  • Meet gross to net & budgets assigned to sales.
  • Monitor current commercial accounts agreement & distributor contract under responsibility.
  • Develop and recommend appropriate sales policy, given competitive engagement, market conditions, customer trends, and company business priorities.
  • To develop and structure the distribution channels in the country.
  • To develop and implement processes to measure channels & distributor performance and control.
  • To manage the operational as well as strategic interface with the distributor, optics, and ecommerce channel.
  • To provide expertise and support in the logistics and distribution function for the market to ensure smooth distribution of goods in the country nationwide.
  • To determine, monitor, and control the inventory levels at the distributor and in the trade channel to maintain as per agreed plan
  • Work to develop external relationship with ECP ́s community and KOLs with strategic vision and ethical attitude.
  • Maintain frequent contact with customers nationwide thru periodic market visit to coach sales team, benefit sales, the image of the company an its product.
  • Maintain constant surveillance on the activities of competitors, analysis of prices and conditions, products and promotions in order to make the company ́s position increasingly competitive.
  • To work closely with marketing & Professional Education Development area to ensure the roll out of key marketing activities & educational trainings in the country.
  • To manage optimal service levels provided to customers to ensure continued satisfaction of their needs thereby generating revenue
  • To provide training and support to the ECP ́s & distributor with the product and management to increase service levels
  • To put measure in place to ensure financial and other compliance in conjunction with finance

· Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance, including (but not limited to quality policy, healthcare compliance and business conduct).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Economy, Engineering)
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Sales / Business Development role within Healthcare Sector
  • Team leading experience is required
  • Excellent Command of Spanish and English
  • Vision Care experience is a plus
  • MBA or postgraduate desirable (not exclusive)
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills
  • No obstacle for frequent travelling (50%+)
  • Safe Fleet requirements:

Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, it is also required:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.

  • Solid experience in the assembly and development of high-performance team
  • Experience in a cross-functional corporate environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven skills in leadership, connection and team collaboration
  • Analytical capacity, management, analysis and interpretation of data for decision making
