En Acciona IT nos encontramos en búsqueda de un profesional para desempeñarse como Consultor Funcional SAP con Success Factors para una importante cobertura médica.

Tareas:

Gestión de incidencias, realizando el análisis, diseño y seguimiento de resolución de dichas incidencias. ·

Efectuar el seguimiento de la totalidad de la cartera de proyectos asignados, proponiendo la reasignación de prioridades de acuerdo con las necesidades y/o demandas provenientes de las necesidades establecidas.

Controlar el cumplimiento del cronograma de desarrollo del proyecto.

Capacidad de análisis y solución de problemas.Suministrar información sobre el estado y evolución de los proyectos en los que participa, incluyendo una estimación aproximada de los recursos involucrados y tiempo de implementación.

Relevar los datos necesarios para el análisis de las necesidades de Recursos Humanos y de otras áreas, mediante entrevistas con los usuarios y la diferente documentación que estos utilizan, sin desviarse de la estrategia de la Gcia. de Sistemas.

Analizar y diseñar funcionalmente nuevos sistemas tanto como mejoras identificadas o solicitadas por el usuario sobre sistemas y aplicaciones vigentes, preparando la documentación que será utilizada por el o los Consultores / Programadores o Áreas Técnicas según corresponda.

Realizar pruebas de sistemas y coordinar la ejecución de las pruebas funcionales involucrando a las áreas respectivas y Seguridad Informática. Luego de su aceptación debidamente formalizada, promover el pasaje a Producción.

Garantizar el uso adecuado de los recursos, alineado a las mejores prácticas, respetando los circuitos organizacionales del negocio, y las normas sobre políticas de seguridad y auditoria establecidas y normativas de entes reguladores.

Detectar junto a los usuarios y el equipo de Consultoría las oportunidades de mejoras a los aplicativos existentes.

Coordinar las tareas y controlar resultados de Analistas Funcionales de menor seniority.

Requisitos Excluyentes:

Experiencia en análisis y documentación de sistemas.

Experiencia en gestión con proveedores y con usuarios .

Graduado o Estudiante de la carrera de Lic. En Sistemas o afines .

Experiencia en aplicaciones de Recursos Humanos (Success Factors / SAP HCM) y/o conocer los procesos de esa área.

Inglés: Avanzado.

Contratación directa con el cliente.

Horario y lugar de trabajo: Capital Federal, Modalidad 4x1 (solo 1 día presencial)
