PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
To address customer requirements in SAP Success Factors for cross industries. As an SAP consultant, you will support current and upcoming SAP projects as well as key customers on their implementations of SAP SSFF Employee Central and Payroll. HCM payroll background is required to support our HCM customers in their migration to SAP Success Factors cloud solutions. Build competencies at SAP to deliver solutions to customers.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of 3 years domain experience.
- Minimum 2 full life cycle SAP HCM Payroll / SSFF implementations.
- Good knowledge of Argentinean, Mexican, or Colombian Payroll.
- Good knowledge of Employee Central component.
- Knowledge of RM, RMK, Comp, Onb, P&G, LMS, and other SSFF components is desirable.
- HCM line of businesses and processes knowledge is required.
- Experience in project management is desirable.
- Good knowledge of SSFF integrations with HCM and SAP products.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good command of the English language (Portuguese is a plus).
- Able to work in an intercultural team.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Gain expertise in SAP Success Factors.
- Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems.
- Deliver billable components that meet a customer’s needs.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years domain experience, with a minimum of 2 years of SAP SSFF experience and 2 full life cycle SAP HCM/SSFF implementations.
EDUCATION
Bachelor in Human Resources, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
LOCATION
WORK AREA
SAP Delivery @ Scale.
EXPECTED TRAVEL
Up to 30%.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
English – Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandatory).
Portuguese - Fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese (Optional).
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
