The Markets Operations Junior Analyst is responsible for providing support services, such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, and imaging, in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. The role also involves serving as a link between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients.

The main goal is to offer day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi's operations infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Update help content for Knowledge Hub end users to address client inquiries
  • Execute assigned tasks, including annual review certification and change requests
  • Act as a liaison to business for work assignments, asking fact-finding questions and facilitating content approval
  • Conduct needs assessments and update content according to business requirements
  • Research solutions for inquiries on help content and other business-related items
  • Monitor progress of work assignments and ensure timely completion
  • Ensure consistent application of team process controls
  • Focus on fulfilling client needs and delivering exceptional client experiences, measured by specific metrics
  • Assess risks in business decisions and uphold compliance with laws, rules, and regulations

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle unexpected changes
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics
