Field Services Leader 1

LOCATION: Neuquen - Neuquen - Argentina

DEPARTMENT: OIL & GAS SERVICES

Se solicitan Ingenieros de campo con experiencia mayor a 2 años en puesto similar, con sólidos conocimientos en operaciones de Fractura en empresas multinacionales preferentemente en Cuenca Neuquina.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Planificar, preparar y liderar la ejecución de las operaciones en campo
  • Desarrollar los programas de trabajo y el asesoramiento técnico en todas sus fases
  • Interactuar con el cliente para consensuar trabajos y coordinar la operación.
  • Velar por el correcto uso y mantenimiento del equipamiento
  • Asegurar el rendimiento adecuado del personal operativo bajo su conducción.
  • Formar al personal asegurando la ejecución las operaciones según las políticas y procedimientos
  • Gestionar la logística a campo

Requisitos Excluyentes: Experiencia de dos años en operaciones de Fractura. Dominio avanzado de inglés.
