The Field Engineer is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient and reliable service delivery for customers. This position identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implementing standard work and managing risk during delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that work deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Execute the delivery of services to the client.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
  • Assist the Design Engineer/Technician in the implementation of technical programs and offers.
  • Develop contacts with customers to promote the company's products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through the implementation of the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments and workplace inspections.
  • Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
  • Participate in HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and Quality initiatives.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with HSE policies.
  • Maintain required security training.
  • Provide support to the Work Delivery Leader and PSD Managers in their absence.

    Requirements:

    • Graduates in Engineering.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry.
    • Previous Wireline experience.
    • Advanced English level (exclusive).
