Position is part of the Customs and Shipping Unit, responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing shipments and Customs Clearances. Assist the Shipping Specialist in processing Customs and Shipping documents and overseas procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments.

Tracks incoming shipments for new arrivals, also outgoing shipments (T-Lite), arranges for pickups, Customs clearance, delivery and unpacking personal effects and vehicles.

Daily contact with moving companies and forwarders in order to coordinate pick-ups, customs clearance, deliveries and unpacking of shipments as well as preparing all necessary paperwork and documentation for approval before the incoming and outgoing shipments.

EDUCATION: Minimum of two years of college studies in general coursework plus college courses in foreign trade, customs regulations, international relations, international business administration and/or Customs broker.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years of experience in international business, import, export, customs and/or shipping required.

LANGUAGE: Fluent Speaking/Reading/Writing English and Spanish are required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Good computer skills.
