This position will report into the
VP of Marketing.

What you get to do every day:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and targeted marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels, maintaining brand integrity and identity.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives, including the development of lead magnets, landing pages, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and/or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
