The Position

  • As Medical Manger you will establish leadership in Rare Diseases and access to Novo Nordisk products in Argentina through providing quality medical and scientific support to clinicians (mainly influencers), other healthcare professionals (HCPs nurses, pharmacists, etc.) and colleagues; the main outcome is to ensure Key Opinion Leaders and specialists are aware of and understand the scientific basis for and clinical usefulness of our compounds within Obesity.
    Activities and Responsibilities
  • Scientific support for marketed products and development projects; create productive relationships with key stakeholders and relevant institutions/organizations to achieve competitive advantage and market leadership; training and educational activities for clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Driving or assist national advisory boards; support initiation of and perform followup on local Investigator Initiates Studies; support market access for Novo Nordisk products.
  • Deliver Rare Diseases medical information to Drug Formulary Committees and Expert Groups; plan and align healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement planning with brand event calendar; medicalmarketing support for product campaign development & implementation.
  • Supporting and training for sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Medical Doctor (mandatory).
  • Preferably previous experience in pharmaceutical Industry as Medical manager.
  • Scientific knowledge preferably on Rare Diseases.
  • Advanced English Level (written and spoken).
  • Communication and collaboration skills.
