Job Description:
- Prepare, frontload and review US Individual Income Tax Returns
- Cost projections, respond to tax notices, answer assignee technical questions
- Assist and mentor staff on the US tax technical
- Assist with other projects as needed (ex: foreign forms, trust tax returns, yearend payroll, etc.)
- Active participation in training modules for the same
- Utilize available tax technical resources to enhance international tax knowledge & help staff to grow in their technical knowledge.
- Contribute to team discussions and share knowledge for the benefit of the group.
- Team Player. Understands personal and team roles, as well as, based on responsibilities and objectives
- Ability to coordinate work, manage a team and ensure meeting client ́s expectations
- Attention to detail, deadline oriented, able to manage time and self administration of time and priorities.
- Client quality service oriented, good communication skills.
- Respects and maintains confidentiality of the client, staff and firm information
- Analytical Abilities.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduated or one semester away from finishing.
Prior Experience:
Prior experience in US individual tax or related areas desired.
Knowledge of MS Office tools, CCH Knowledge desired.
Fluent in English
