Lo que harás:

Investigación y Divulgación:

Buscarás y seleccionarás perfiles de influencers adecuados para marcas y/o campañas, basados en análisis de marca y audiencia y alineados con las audiencias objetivo y los valores de la marca.

| Contactarás, coordinarás, negociarás y mantenedrás una comunicación efectiva con influencers para establecer alianzas.

Planificación y ejecución de campañas:

Crearás y desarrollorás estrategias de marketing de influencers para marcas y/o campañas, en colaboración con clientes y equipos internos | Crearás manuales y guías de acción para cada influencer.


Negociación y gestión de contratos:
Redactar y gestionar contratos de influencers, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares legales y éticos. | Negociarás términos, compensaciones y entregables.

Monitoreo e informes:
Planificarás y haras seguimiento del contenido de influencers para marcas. | Supervisarás el rendimiento de los influencers y las métricas de la campaña.

| Junto con el equipo de BI, proporcionarás informes periódicos a los clientes, destacando el impacto y el éxito de los esfuerzos de marketing de influencers.


Quién eres:

  • Tenés al menos 3 años de experiência en agencias de publicidad con enfoque en marketing digital o de PR.
  • Cuentas con formación en comunicación, RRPP o carreras afines.
  • Tenés conocimiento en manejo de redes sociales incluyendo plataformas, formatos y métricas de rendimiento.
  • Estás orientado/a a resultados, y tenés la habilidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en análisis.
  • Habilidoso/a a la hora de crear presentaciones, y tenés una excelente capacidad de comunicación oral para presentar ideas con carisma y presencia
  • Sos una persona organizada, detallista, autónoma y curiosa. Siempre estás buscando agregarle valor en todos los desafíos.
  • Has coordinado equipos.
