Responsabilidad / Principales competencias
Es el responsable de liderar y gerenciar el proyecto para lograr los resultados esperados en tiempo y forma

Entre sus competencias está:
Conducir las actividades diarias del equipo de proyecto, ejerciendo un control sobre resultados, plazos y calidad.

Mantener la relación con usuarios y cliente, motivando y brindando apoyo a los integrantes del equipo y gestionando los recursos necesarios, tomando las decisiones operativas necesarias para mantener el proyecto en tiempo, alcances y costo.


Actividades principales:

Establecer un plan del proyecto, controlando su progreso y efectuando el seguimiento de los desvíos.

Administrar los grupos de trabajo a su cargo, motivando a sus integrantes, cuidando su adecuada capacitación o coaching y resolviendo eventuales conflictos.

Colaborar con el analista funcional en la interpretación y comprensión de las necesidades.
Participar en el diseño de soluciones asociadas a los requerimientos y colaborar en la definición de las arquitecturas.

Requisitos:

Condiciones técnicas requeridas:

Experto en metodologías Agiles
Experiência en metodología Design Thinking
Inglés intermedio oral y escrito
Manejo de lenguajes de programación orientados a las necesidades de los proyectos.
Conocimientos de ambientes de desarrollo.
Conocimiento de análisis y diseño de bases de datos.
Actividades de Liderazgo virtuales (Team Building) / Project Management
