**Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact to the business in Argentina
- Develop and create strategies for local defined categories - Make decision
- Enable all Global and Sector category stratergies - Execute
- Interaction with Sr stakeholders across all markets functions.
- Responsible for compliance of all policies and Procure to Pay initiatives - Execute
- Automation
- KPI and Supplier evaluation development - Execute

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in Administration, Engineering or Economy.
- Leadership and management of results-oriented teams
- English, Spanish skills
- Good negotiation skills with high degree of integrity
- Experience managing across all indirect categories
- Capability to work under pressure and deliver short term results in a very dynamic environment.
- Externally competitive and internally collaborative - high team work attitude
- People management experience is also required
- Strong conceptual, analytical, project management, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated track record of success in a breadth of prior, challenging experiences, including leading broad change management initiatives
