Location and Schedule
This is a hybrid position based in our Buenos Aires, Vicente López office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Oversee daytoday accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and review bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and record accrual entries.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Assist proactively in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Mentor and train junior members of the finance team.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
  • Work crossfunctionally with various teams to automate and optimize processes and reports that impact the speed and accuracy of accounting
  • Supervising accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting departments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 2 years of Big 4 experience
  • Proven experience in Power BI
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). Advanced understanding of Excel formulas (Pivot Tables).
  • Ability to analyze and reconcile complex accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in financial reporting and US GAAP accounting
  • Proven management skills including supervision and mentoring.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
