We are looking for a
Salesforce Data Quality Analyst to join our team The proyect is within the
Financial industry and is based in
Chicago, IL.

Their platform exchanges the widest range of global benchmark products across all major asset classes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Intermediate/Advanced English skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Data Governance practices are followed.
  • Review and analyze data across our Salesforce environment.
  • Identifying, investigating, and managing the resolution and escalation of data quality issues.
  • Perform ongoing data quality audits.
  • Analyze data and data quality and identify Salesforce effectiveness areas of improvement.
  • Perform root cause analysis to understand key trends / issues.
  • Identify, Analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Import, export, clean, transform, and validate data.
  • Support with data validation, quality issues, integrity, accuracy, consistency and works to resolve impacting issues related to data elements, deduplication, and cleaning.
  • Responsible for reviewing data requests, data analyses, transformation, and data uploads into platform.
  • Ensuring all data migrations and data loads are completed in accordance with process.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' Salesforce experience in data management.
  • Strong Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Management experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Extremely detailoriented with the ability to explain large amounts of information in a simple, organized manner.
  • Experience with Salesforce Dataloader.
  • Excellent people and team skills.
  • Detail oriented and have solid communication skills and strong problemsolving skills.
