General Information:
Responsible for overseeing and organizing activities on a system installation project involving protections, control, communications, and automation. Tasks will be carried out at the Client's facilities overseeing the tasks of Subcontractors, service engineering team, and service technicians. Responsible for interaction with the Client and Subcontractors, ensuring the safety and quality of project services. Driving project scope and timeline objectives through effective resource planning and allocation in accordance with standard safety procedures and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all tasks on system projects
• Coordinate and track project plan along with PM and Technical Lead
• Maintain excellent communication with the Client, project team, and Subcontractors
• Supervise and enforce the quality of solutions on-site
• Continuously monitor all tasks on our projects
• Control and report project cost structure to ensure budget compliance
• Prepare required project status reports
• Conduct internal and external satisfaction measurement to drive continuous improvement actions and meet market standards
• Supervise project tasks following company standards and maintaining high quality criteria
•

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and controls in the operational area, updating procedures and controls, identifying and mitigating operation risks. Ensure all project activities are carried out safely through work plans, task coordination, personnel capacity reviews, task risk evaluations, safety elements

Your Background:
Education: Electrical Engineering or Technician License Intermediate English 10 years in a similar role Knowledge in protection, control, and communications systems for high-voltage electrical installations Contract management with subcontractors and clients Subcontractor management, cost, time, and deliverables management.
SAP desirable Experience in supervision of works in transformer stations from 500 to 132 KV B1 or higher driving license Able to work in Argentine and Uruguayan territory References as a Site Manager for completed electrical works.
