General Administration Analyst, Own Channel – Buenos Aires, Argentina

This position plays a vital role in supporting the Western Union Direct Channel team by conducting geographical and economic market research and analysis to establish and manage new stores. Reporting directly to management, all responsibilities will be country-wide (Argentina).

Role Responsibilities:

  • Location contracts: Monitoring and facilitating negotiations. Expertise in studying locations, markets, real estate opportunities, and market quotations, as well as overseeing billing, payments, and contract renewals.
  • Management of contract approvals and signatures.
  • Municipal authorizations: Ensuring updated comprehensive information, overseeing major accounts, handling tax payments and filings, debt management, legal document support, and compliance.
  • Employee training sessions: Ensuring completion of compliance courses.
  • Coordinating business requests with internal departments.
  • Tracking statistics on new product launches.
  • Compiling documentation for labor and local ministry visits.
  • Managing branch service billing.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Two or more years of experience in administration, finance, or control within FinTech, multinational corporations, or retail sectors.
  • Proficient in managing large datasets, strong analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to derive insights from data.
  • Effective communication, keen attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are a must. Key attributes include being analytical, organized, and methodical.
  • Proficiency in delivering organized and clear presentations/reports.
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Desirable intermediate English proficiency.
