Position Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Technology Leader to drive innovation, align technology strategies with business objectives, and lead our organization through transformative technology initiatives.

As a pivotal member of our leadership team, the Senior Business Technology Leader will be responsible for shaping and executing the technology vision while ensuring a seamless integration of technology solutions to enhance business operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment:

Work closely with business leaders to understand the needs, objectives, and challenges of the organization and translate them into technology solutions.


Relationship Management:

Act as a liaison between IT teams and various sectors of the company, building bridges, facilitating communication, and ensuring that IT solutions meet the specific demands of each area.


Technology Consulting:

Provide guidance and insights on technology best practices, proposing innovative solutions that can improve operational efficiency, productivity, and the competitiveness of the company.


Development and Implementation of Strategies:

Collaborate in the creation and execution of technology strategies, including identifying new opportunities for innovation and implementing technological solutions relevant to the company's growth.


Change Management:

Assist in the management of organizational changes involving technology, ensuring that employees are adequately trained and prepared to adopt new technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, demonstrating successful technology strategy development and execution.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in leading digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
