Position Summary


Are you passionate about shaping and delivering technology solutions that can make a difference in people's lives? We are looking for an innovative Sr.

Analyst to join our Latin America South of Consumer health team, as part of the Business Technology team.


In this role you will act as strategic partner for business teams and internal IT areas, capturing needs, defining technology strategy, and proposing technology products to deliver customer value.

You will also be the guardian of live products and technology services, making sure they are adopted and driving expected value for the business.

We deliver and support several capabilities such as CRM solutions, Digital engagement platforms, Intelligent Automation and Sales Operations.

You will work with other Technology groups to support the strategic investment portfolio and set up agile governing mechanisms to drive successful implementation and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage senior business partners to identify and prioritize IT products and initiatives aligning with business priorities
  • Understands deeply business processes to be able to translate desired business outcomes to technology requirements
  • Accountable for the product adoption and tracking of usability and improvements needed to drive business value
  • Champion a culture of agility, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning and improvement
  • Builds business case for new/improvement initiatives (e.g., impact, feasibility, and investment required)
  • Creates implementation plans for improvement initiatives
  • For specific local & scalable demands, acts as scrum master and PMO, ensuring full scope assessment, investment planning and time/scope/resources control

Qualifications

  • A demonstrated ability as a Business Analyst or other IT function such as Business Partner is required, implementing IT projects majority in digital/sales area for Commercial covering, but not limited to: CRM, salesforce
  • Experience managing projects is required
  • Experience working with CRM and salesforce is preferred
  • Project Management / Agile certification is preferred
  • Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
