Your New Role


WBD is looking for a detail-oriented, data driven individual who thrives in a fast paced, agile environment to join the Media & Performance marketing team.

The LATAM Media & Performance Analyst is essential in supporting the full funnel day-to-day executional workflows of full funnel paid media campaigns across company lines of business.


Act as a support liaison between internal stakeholders, media partners and agencies for managing administrative workload and collaborate on the campaign implementation process for full funnel and acquisition campaigns in all media touchpoints.


Your Role Accountabilities

  • Manage the creation of purchase orders, track spends on media platforms, invoice reconciliation, etc.
  • Assist on the campaign ad operations process by delivering creatives, destinations links, video uploads, etc.
  • Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance on daily basis.
  • Assist media agencies and channel leads on campaign managing and reporting full funnel media campaigns across paid digital (Search, Social, Display, Video, Mobile, Native, Audio, CTV, Affiliates) and traditional touchpoints (OOH, TV, etc.).
  • Support on the administrative workflow (PO management, Invoice reconciliation, Platform spend monitoring, etc.) between internal teams and agency partners.
  • Assist with all executional aspects of the campaign management processes delivery management (creatives, destination links, etc.); analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure proper communication between agencies, channel leads and media partners with Creative Services in order to deliver campaign assets on time.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1+ years of experience on digital & traditional paid media marketing, ideally within an entertainment or DTC company or agency
  • Understanding of paid media touchpoints management and success metrics, from traditional media like OOH and TV to search, social, display, video, mobile, affiliates and CTV.
  • Proven direct experience extracting data and using any of the following advertising management tools such as: Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Ibope, Comscore, etc.
  • Experience in reporting and overseeing media campaigns and tracking results
  • Proven Excel intermediate to advanced skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
