Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Cross functional collaboration with Billing and Account Management teams to raise awareness of disputes, discrepancies, collection efforts, and mitigation of credit risk actions
  • Responding to client inquiries in a prompt manner
  • Taking a proactive approach to collections in the form of client outreach and client education
  • Performing routine assessments of client credit risk
  • Monitoring AR activity daily for nonpayments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
  • Identifying and escalating material Collections issues in a timely manner
  • Contributing and owning ideas/suggestions for process improvement

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance related field
  • 3+ years of billing/collections experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a highpaced environment
  • QuickBooks, Netsuite, and UpFlow experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excel in analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to rapidlychanging environments
