Purpose

In this exciting job opportunity, the Language Learning Program Manager will oversee the management of language training requirements for clients, ensuring the successful setup and delivery of training programs. The role involves continuous communication with assignees throughout the training period, as well as coordinating with various departments within Learnlight to meet and exceed training goals.

Please note: the internal job title for this position is Languages Program Manager, Global Mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Sales Team by maximizing client relationships
  • Identifying potential opportunities for revenue growth with existing clients
  • Collaborating to address and resolve any issues raised by learners
  • Managing training programs efficiently
  • Providing consistent support to assignees and clients
  • Engaging with the Product Division to optimize tools and services
  • Offering internal support and maintaining accurate reports
  • Handling reporting, billing, payments, and invoices effectively

Education & Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service, Program Management, Education, or related fields
