El puesto vacante es para cubrir el rol de RCA Analyst y se quien contribuye a la ejecución de un proceso con el objetivo de cumplir los estándares de calidad y productividad definidos y comprometidos.


Serán sus principales tareas:

  • Relevamiento de procesos a fin de detectar posibles riesgos operacionales
  • Ideación de mitigaciones de esos riesgos.
  • Relevamiento y certificación de Riesgos Sox y no Sox
  • Participación en Auditorías Internas (desde la mirada del riesgo operacional), y seguimiento de las observaciones críticas
  • Participación en los procesos de outsourcing

Se priorizarán aquellos postulantes que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:

  • Contar con visión analítica
  • Tener comunicación efectiva
  • Disponer de capacidad de negociación
  • Ser metódico y ordenado
  • Excelencia en la interacción con personas y equipos
  • Tener experiência en el rol de RCA, auditoria, control interno, o afines
  • Conocimiento de los procesos de Riesgos
  • Manejo de herramientas de Office y Google
  • Manejo de Data Studio
  • Manejo de herramienta Migro
