We are looking for a creative thinker who loves collaborating across the company to join our team as an Automation Specialist.
What will you be doing?:
- Automated messaging execution including segmentation, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain our Marketing Automation platform with our Product Squad and assist in the integration of additional channels/features.
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics while sharing results with relevant stakeholders in coordination with Product Marketing.
- Optimize campaigns based on success metrics performance, suggesting improvements of all kinds (channel, time to send, content, segmentation, etc)
- Manage Marketing Automation processes and prioritize requests to maintain high levels of delivery and quality standards. Plan and perform A/B testing upon request.
- Support essential growth experiments initiatives helping to improve conversion funnel, product adoption and user lifecycle.
What skills do I need?:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, administration preferred (not exclusive);
- 4 years of automation experience related to financial technologies or B2B industries.
- Experience in the payment, fintech industry or ecommerce is desired, such as companies that offer services for small and medium businesses (SMBs).
- Solid experience with digital product marketing and/or digital product management
- High analytical capacity and orientation to details.
- Good communicator, proactive, selfmotivated, problem solver, and multitasker capable of adapting in a fastpaced/ dynamic environment.
- Experience using HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Ideally, speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
- Participation in conversion rate optimization projects.
- Knowledge on databases, creating models, and SQL language is desired.
