Role:


As the Art Director's assistant, your mission is to support the Art Director in achieving the agency's goals, while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including copywriters, designers and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
  • Help maintain the agency's brand and creative standards by reviewing all creative batches for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Understanding of marketing and branding principles, including messaging, positioning, and target audience identification.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective ad formats.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Research and stay uptodate on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the agency remains innovative and competitive.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to help the agency win new business and create effective campaigns.

  • Timeliness and Accuracy: Completing assigned tasks accurately and within the assigned time frame.
  • Creative Input: Contributing fresh, creative ideas to projects and being an active participant in brainstorming sessions.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrating effective teamwork and communication with crossfunctional teams.
  • Quality of Work: Maintaining highquality standards for all creative work, while adhering to the agency's brand guidelines.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrating a high level of professionalism, including being proactive, accountable, and responsive to requests and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Contractorbased job (you need to invoice us)
  • Great English Level (C1 or more, actively practiced through communication)
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
  • Availability fulltime (no exceptions)
  • 1week maximum notice period allowed

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience working as an assistant Art Director.
  • Previous experience in other marketing agencies is beneficial, but not required.

Job Type:

  • Fulltime commitment.

Schedule:

  • Monday
  • Saturday
  • Must be available between 36 PM CET.
