BA Global Talent is seeking a qualified professional to join its dynamic team in the role of
Corporate Finance Analyst to join our Finance team.


In this position you'll be able to assist along the finance team in a proactive work environment and you would be joining a fantastic group of people who not only demonstrate their belief in BA Global Talent and its mission but also deliver fantastic results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the founding managers, ensuring seamless operations and effective decisionmaking.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to facilitate valuation, planning, and forecasting activities.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize internal financial processes, driving efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations to uphold the integrity of financial data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers, securing favorable terms and conditions to support the company's objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in financial operations, including bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to identify issues, analyze problems, and propose viable solutions to drive business success.
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to teamwork, integrity, and ethical behavior in all aspects of work.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and techniques, demonstrating a growth mindset and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques, with handson experience in using financial software and tools.
  • Ability to explain complex financial information in an understandable manner, catering to diverse audiences within the organization.
