We are looking for a Project Partner for a startup that helps organizations harness collective intelligence to boost individual performance and deepen connection.

The position is 100% remote, and its salary is in USD Dollar.

Main objectives:


This position will join the Operations team on a full-time basis and will collaborate with key client's project management ensuring resource availability and allocation.

She/he will be responsible for the forum planning and development, throughout its life cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establish project requirements, priorities and deadlines.
  • Clientfacing within the project planning & further development.
  • Follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure ontime project tasks.
  • Planning and administering communication with participants.
  • Identifying relevant KPIs that will help monitor and improve the process.
  • Researching and testing of new platforms.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in project coordination with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and previous experience including exposure to high management positions will be valued.
  • Flexibility to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs.
  • Bilingual level of English.
  • Experience working with virtual conferencing and task management platforms.
  • Experience in roles with high attention to detail.
  • Interest / experience in coaching or within professional learning communities.
