Propósito de la posición:


Fortalecer el ambiente de control interno de la compañía mediante la evaluación y gestión de posibles riesgos e identificación gaps de control, generando recomendaciones y asegurando la implementación de estas.


Un día en la vida de

  • Matrices de riesgo y Control:
  • Gestionar y monitorear que los riesgos identificados a traves de las matrices de riesgo y control sean adecuadamente mitigados mediante los controles diseñados e implementados y/o proponer nuevas actividades claves de control.
  • Ambiente de Control interno Preventivo:
  • Liderar las revisiones de control interno en todas las áreas de negocio, identificar oportunidades y realizar recomendaciones que ayudarán a los dueños de procesos para mejorar la eficiencia de los controles internos.
  • Implementar y monitorear los controles de fraude, especialmente en los canales ecommerce, boutiques y CRC. Liderar el comité de fraudes.
  • HSR (High Sensitive Roles): Monitorear los HSR (High Sensitive Roles) asignados en el mercado y buscar la reducción de HSR según lineamientos de Internal Control del centro (ICOS).
  • Risk &

Control Self Assessment:
Coordinar y asegurar ejecución del cronograma de la autoevaluación de Control interno en el mercado. Seguimiento a la implementación de los planes de acción durante el año, para cerrar los gaps identificados.

  • Follow Up auditorías internas (NIA) para asegurar cumplimientos de recomendaciones y cierre de GAPS. Incluye E&Y.

Lo que te hará exitoso

  • Graduado/a en carreras de Administración, Contador Público, Finanzas y/o similares.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiência en posiciones similares en áreas como Finanzas, Auditoría interna, Control Interno.
  • Nível avanzado de Paquete Office (excluyente)
  • Nível intermedio/avanzado de inglés (excluyente)
