About the Role:
- Lead financial planning processes, from monthly routines to rolling estimates.
- Offer financial guidance to the management crew and business partners.
- Spot business openings and threats, then craft strategies for growth and risk management.
- Analyze business finances and unearth insights to drive decisions and process enhancements.
- Cultivate a positive team spirit and seamless collaboration across the board.
- Enhance the financial skills of your team mates and guide their professional progression.
- Direct resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Spearhead the embrace of digital financial tools and mindset within the affiliate.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related finance field.
- 3-5 years of financial planning or business analysis know-how, especially in the pharma sphere.
- Previous involvement in Business Intelligence would be a bonus.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Solid grasp of various business domains like sales, finance, marketing, and market access.
- Familiarity with PowerBi is a plus.
About the Team:
The Finance and Operations unit at Novo Nordisk Argentina handles all financial and accounting affairs. We crunch numbers, develop financial strategies, perform analyses, and ensure adherence to regulations. Our collaboration with diverse teams drives Novo Nordisk Colombia's growth and triumph.
