We are looking for a new Sr.

Solution Train Engineer to join the Digital Systems & Solution Engineering team of our Center of Excellence in Buenos Aires.

What you will do in this role

  • Lead and coach the Solution Train, facilitating and guiding the work of all ARTs and Suppliers in the Value Stream
  • Enable effective operations of the Solution Train's ARTs, which require decentralized decisionmaking, alignment, and coordination for the entire Solution Train
  • Coordinate and facilitate Solution Train ceremonies, manage complex dependencies across ARTs, and provide visibility into the health of delivery and the overall program increment for the Solution Train
  • Ensure impediments to delivery are resolved quickly, protect the ARTs from outside disruptions to delivery, and drive continuous improvement for the Solution Train
  • Manage financials for the Solution Train, assist with resource planning, and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders
  • Develop a technology strategy and ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards and coordination of solutions across various constituent groups
  • Advocate and advance modern software development practices and evangelize great design, engineering, and organizational practices
To help you succeed, you need to have

  • Strong understanding and practical experience in Agile methodologies and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Indepth knowledge of software development principles and practices. Proficiency in various technologies, platforms, and tools relevant to digital solutions and engineering focus areas.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate crossfunctional teams and stakeholders in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • Proven experience in managing endtoend solution delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple teams and align their efforts to deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement and driving operational efficiencies through process optimization, automation, and standardization within the solution delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience in driving organizational change and transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and practices.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with multiple business and tech partners.
  • Fluency in oral and written Spanish language. Advanced written and minimum of B1 or B2 level in oral English language.
And it will be a plus if you have

  • Familiarity with InsurTech domain and digital transformation trends within the LatAm region.
