What You Will Achieve

You'll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart.

You will be managing a range of activities that help our global workforce, including maintaining employee histories, administering company compensation and benefits programs, and organizing trainings.

You will be relied on to plan the manpower needs from internal and external sources. You will also have the important role of advising on all types contract negotiation, including discussions with union representatives. You will administer and champion our equal employment opportunity programs.

The People Experience Business Partner is responsible to provide support to Commercial businesses and EF in Argentina Region (Argentina, Uruguay & Paraguay) ensuring the local delivery of all HR key services, talent management, coaching and projects in alignment with business strategies, local/corporate guidelines and global policies/procedures

How You Will Achieve It

  • Supporting People Experience (PX) strategies and ensure the implementation considering corporate guidelines and aligned to the business needs in Argentina Region.
  • Ensuring implementation and delivery of the PX services for Argentina Region, looking for efficiencies and resolving issues were applicable.
  • Working closely with the Key stakeholders across the PX function to implement People and Business initiatives as well as creating an informal local and regional/global PX network that seeks to make it easier to get things done in PX.
  • Supporting business and people managers with talent management, performance and People processes to drive organizational development and career growth, aligned to local & corporate goals and objectives.
  • Promoting coaching in Talent Management process, Growth Journey in line with the business strategies, seeking to encourage a Pfizer culture.
  • Coaching leaders to leverage all people key process / strategy and support their teams to be an effective structure and transform our GTM.
  • Ensuring effective relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication in alignment with the PX strategy.
  • Participating in change management and transformational processes/projects.
  • Supporting the implementation of compliance of local labor laws and regulations, through local policies and procedures, as well as management of labor relations in an effective way.
  • Partnering with GBS/GWS ensuring compliance with local policies, legislation, and corporate guidelines, with a high level of service and accuracy standard and aligned with our Px Operating Model.
  • Supporting process related to M&A aligned with the strategies defined by Global teams.
  • Leading DEI strategy and initiatives within the teams.

Qualifications:

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years' experience
  • Demonstrated HR experience in a matrix team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software for office productivity
Nice-to-Have

  • Master's degree
  • Relevant pharmaceutical experience
  • Proven experience in HR operations
  • Experience in Talent Management & in Coaching leaders
  • Proficient in Workday, experience with other HR systems and online tools
  • Possess project management, organizational diagnostic and analytical skills
  • Possess the analytical and creative skills to understand issues and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of the organization, people management, coaching and development experience
