We are currently looking for a Sr Associate - Accounting and Controllership to work for a health care project.

What you ́ll do
You ́ll be in charge of Accounting for Chile, Argentina and Colombia.

People with initiative and responsibility, who have good diction and excellent treatment with the client. We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.

Key

Responsibilities:

  • Permanent contact with local Accountant for taxes purposes.
  • Share on a weekly basis information to local accountants.
  • AP invoices accounting code and WTH taxes classification (ARIBA).
  • Accounting balance sheet reconciliation (prepaid, AP, taxes, intercompany, accruals).
  • Cash advance control and follow up.
  • Internal closing process preparing manual entries, uploading in the system and getting approvals prepare the entries control
  • Preparing all closing reports for our local accounting and reviewing the entries
  • Expense information by project when requested

Necessary skills and experience

required:

  • 5 years of Accounting and Controllership experience.
  • Experience with Hyperio Financial Management and great Excel skills.
  • Nice to have: ARIBA
  • Language: English Upper intermediate
