Job Summary:

Duties:

• Manage daily camp activities and ensure a safe and engaging environment for all participants
• Lead and supervise camp staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Plan and organise camp schedules, including recreational activities, meals, and rest periods
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding camp updates, schedules, and any concerns
• Drive the implementation of educational programmes that align with early childhood education principles
• Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all campers, promoting teamwork and personal growth

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in a childcare, nursery, or early childhood education setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Valid driver's licence for transportation purposes
• Proficiency in English language
